Tj Jones

Founding Consultant, Full Picture Management
Tj (he/they) is a social entrepreneur, a queer & trans advocate, an enthusiastic fan of consent culture, a survivor, a committed partner, and a devoted cat dad.
Professionally, Tj supports organizations in expanding their capacity to meaningfully include and serve 2SLGBTQIA+ workers and customers through his biz Full Picture Management. The combination of his lived experience as a queer and transmasc human, 2SLGBTQIA+ advocacy, and HR & business management education informs his approach to this work, and he’s super proud and grateful for the successes he’s had so far in carving out a niche in the Canadian EDI sector.
In his past community & volunteer work, he’s worked with St. John’s Pride, mentored and facilitated workshops at queer and gender diversity focused youth camps, cofounded Trans Support NL (TSNL), and volunteered for a number of years with the NLSACPC’s Men’s Outreach Committee to support the Take Back the Night March, among other things. Currently, he volunteers some of his time to coordinate and co-facilitate TSNL’s gender diversity training for service providers, helps facilitate Pride at Work Canada’s trans and nonbinary professional networking event Matrices, acts as the 2SLGBTQ+ Rep for the City of St. John’s Inclusion Advisory Committee, and serves as Board Chairperson for the NL Sexual Assualt Crisis & Prevention Centre.”
