About This Program
Navigating Modern Masculinity / Navigating New Norms of Masculinity is a new provincial project that is challenging social norms for masculinity, focused on engaging men in the prevention of intimate partner violence in Newfoundland and Labrador.

The project focuses on changing attitudes, recognizing harmful stereotypes, and creating spaces where different perspectives on what it means to be male in modern society, delving into topics such as unlearning toxic and harmful definitions of masculinity and gender roles, as well as digging into age-appropriate topics such as body image, emotions regulation, consent and more.
